[UI] hide not attached commits to a pull after force-push

It would be nice if we do not have to rely on git gc to hide commits no longer attached to a pull.
(gitea 1.14.0+dev-253-g24330f71b)

So I propose to add a check witch hide commit-comment's on pull's if they are not in the pull-commit-list anymore 👍

+1, commit history in PR should work like GitHub and only contain the commits that are currently on the branch. I wouldn't even make an option for it. It is the expected behaviour.

Where is gitea even storing the commits links for commits that have been force-pushed over? Is it in the database?
