Support for author_association

Feature Description

Currently, in a PR, its possible query different endpoints in gitea to get the actor (or login) team/collaboration entities to an org and repo.
But it would be nice to have this added to the event.pull_request.

Not sure if it needs to be aligned to github spec, or if it only needs to be aligned to Collaborator and Teams in org/repo
