repo.pulls.open_unmerged_pull_exists should provide a link to the related PR

Description

When testing gitea, we opened a first PR (#6) on a branch, closed the PR #6, opened a new PR (#8) on the same branch.

When we tried to reopen the previous PR #6, an helpful error message was displayed (related to translation key repo.pulls.open_unmerged_pull_exists:

You cannot perform a reopen operation because there is a pending pull request (#8) with identical properties.

It would be great if this message provides a link to the related PR (#8 in my case)
