Add pagination to go to file or find page. #34066

Feature Description
I have a large repository with many files that have similar names, and I use the Go to file/Find page frequently. The issue arises when I search for a file that matches a few hundred results. However, the current Gitea web UI only displays fewer than 100 results. It would be great if we could navigate to the next page to see the remaining files.
