dl.gitea.com: /gitea/version.json is outdated

Description

As I understand, https://dl.gitea.com/gitea/version.json is supposed to contain the latest version. However, it hasn't been updated since september. To be fair, not sure how "official" this file is, I just discovered and it was useful for a script of mine.

If it's possible, please update (and automatically maintain) it. Alternatively, it'd best to remove it probably.

I just logged into gitea.com to issue a pull request to update it but I see @techknowlogick has just done that
