Add a login disclaimer to the login screen?

Is there a good way to add a banner underneath the window in the identification stage and/or the authentication flow with the disclosure content?

You can already do this by setting text in the footer link, this is in system settings. Can you please try this and report back?

Readability isn't great but it does work. Gonna mess with custom CSS to see if I can improve it.
