WPPilot 1.17.0 — WPPilot Cloud: every site in ChatGPT and Claude through one link

• New: WPPilot Cloud. A WPPilot Cloud card on the Connect screen pairs this site with an app.wppilot.co workspace: sign in there, choose Read Only or Production Safe access and which abilities, then confirm on this site. The site creates an access token for the Cloud (listed as "Managed by WPPilot Cloud") and hands it over server to server, so it never passes through a browser. The Cloud can read the site's status and unlink itself through two new routes that accept only that token; the site sends a signed hourly heartbeat. Disconnect revokes the token.
• The wppilot_tool_call_rate_limit filter now receives the credential being budgeted as a second argument. The WPPilot Cloud credential is allowed at least 600 write calls a minute, unless the limit is switched off.
