Fix GET /institutions documentation incorrectly listing status and autocompletes_collect_bank_account fields

These fields are only returned by GET /billing_requests/{identity}/institutions, not by the top-level GET /institutions endpoint. This is a documentation-only fix; API behaviour is unchanged.
