Use NodePath literal ^ when drag and dropping properties #66332

Well, other other drag-and-drops are as specific as possible.

I suppose this would also make sense when dragging Nodes into the Script, if it doesn't work that way already.

Check it out, it's super useful functionality. Bonus points if you press Ctrl while dropping the node.

NodePath and StringName literals shouldn't be forced upon users... This shouldn't be merged, I'll look into implementing it as an editor setting.
