Wire v1.3.1 fixes false missing-provider errors in projects that use cgo. Constructors now remain visible during fresh and cached discovery. Older discovery caches refresh automatically.

The public provider API, generated wiring behavior, and Go 1.25 minimum are unchanged from v1.3.0. Regression tests cover cgo discovery and changed imports; all 23 pre-merge checks passed, including Linux, macOS, and Windows in both cache modes.

This release also includes the updated README and performance guide with reproducible benchmark data.
