eCapture v2.8.0

🚀 Breaking News: Linux/LoongArch64 support

eCapture now builds for Linux/LoongArch64 🐲(kernel 6.6+) and includes tar.gz and deb release artifacts. Cross-build, BTF/ELF checks, and QEMU smoke tests have passed.
