LoopCAT 0.0.3 — unsigned public prerelease

LoopCAT 0.0.3 is the current public prerelease. The web bundle, Windows installer, and Windows portable application are available from this GitHub prerelease and mirrored in the repository's downloads directory.

The Windows packages are not digitally signed with Authenticode, so Windows may show an unknown-publisher or SmartScreen warning. Verify the ZIP files with LoopCAT.0.0.3.SHA256SUMS.txt and proceed only if you trust this repository. This remains a prerelease until signing and final clean-machine qualification are complete.

Remaining Release Work

• Windows Authenticode signing and clean-machine evidence remain incomplete.
• Current macOS and Linux packages must be built on their native CI/OS hosts, signed or notarized where applicable, checksum-verified, and tested on clean machines before publication.
• LoopCAT preserves optional XLIFF Part 2 modules and custom extensions during current-file reconstruction, but it does not yet expose module-specific editing or author every Part 2 module in generic exports.

Use the web ZIP for the static browser/PWA build. Use the Windows Setup ZIP to install LoopCAT on Windows, or the Portable ZIP to run LoopCAT without installation.

This refreshed build was produced from main commit d9ebd4d. It fixes Pretranslate from TM in the packaged Windows app by replacing the unsupported browser prompt with a LoopCAT threshold dialog shared by Web and Windows. The build also includes the faster translator editor, batched translation-memory lookup, Windows liquid-glass interface, and OPUS-CAT support.

For OPUS-CAT, use http://localhost:8500 in the desktop app. In the plain web ZIP opened from index.html, run the included OPUS-CAT web bridge and use http://127.0.0.1:8502.

The Windows packages are not Authenticode-signed, so Windows SmartScreen may display a publisher warning.
