x/pkgsite: package removal request for github.com/openshift/cluster-monitoring-operator

👋🏼 Hello, I'm one of the engineers who work on this.

I wanted to file a request here to remove this package from pkg.go.dev primarily because we do not ship or support this repository as a Golang module, but a Kubernetes operator instead. Also, please note that the versions available on the website are quite outdated as well, and not relevant to users since we follow Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform's versioning for this.

We are additionally considering retracting the versions shown, but dropping this entirely from the website should also help curb the ambiguity around the module versions.

Retracting is a no-go since this could still be used as a module in the ecosystem, and we don't want to break things for them. To be clear, we want to drop this from the website, but allow go get or go install to work for this nonetheless.
