Includes the Windows fixes made this session: 64 bit values were printed as the literal format specifier rather than the number (Bigint, Duration, Time), which also crashed the process on a Duration constructed from a string outside the int64 range. The Windows workflow now runs the unit suite against the built extension instead of only compiling it.
