Grimoire 1.0.1 — patch release

Bug-fix release on top of the 1.0 line. No API or schema changes.

Fixed

  • One-command installer now defaults to the current release version (1.0.1) — previously a fresh install fetched the stale 0.1.0-beta archive.
  • GitHub extraction accepts www.github.com issue/repo URLs (previously fell through to generic readability extraction and lost issue metadata) and keeps stripping a trailing .git from repository names.
  • Outgoing HTTP requests now identify as Grimoire/<version>, derived from the packaged version instead of the stale LittleImp/0.0 user-agent.
  • Startup performance — the sqlite-vec index is rebuilt in a single atomic transaction instead of thousands of per-row transactions.
  • Docs and tests aligned with the 1.0.x version identity and the goniszewski/grimoire repository (installer matrix, update system, e2e mocks, fixtures).

Detached GPG signatures (.asc) are not included yet — the release was prepared in an environment without a signing key. The installer falls back to checksum-only verification with a warning until signatures are published.
