BETA Release: Roster Builder and Assignment Editor

This is a big one, however still in beta!
The initial release of Roster Builder and Assignment Editor!

Roster Builder

This allows a raid leader to craft his roster in-game, assign player buffs to specific callouts, and activate/sync those changes on demand. Switch between roster setups is supported.

Assignment Editor

This should allow for a quick assignment replacement. Not sure if it is still needed with the current shape of the builder though, to be determined.

Current Limitations

• Nothing stops a player from opening the panel and changing the callout, with unintended consequences
• No customization or editing of callout groups/triggers/etc. (next big update hopefully!)
