Not all fields that can contain RTF have the option to strip the RTF when returned in the Query Tool

There are a number of fields that contain RTF markup (because the UI controls 
that collect the data format the text as RTF) that do not have the formatting 
options in the Query Tool to remove the markup when that field is returned in 
results
