MemoryService implemention in Java

Hello everyone. Currently, MemoryService is not supported in the Java version. Is there a timeline for when this capability will be implemented?

@Poggecci Hello, I have reviewed the interface specification of BaseMemoryService and the implementation of InMemoryMemoryService, but it seems that their capabilities are not being used in the orchestration of Runner and Agent. Is this part still under development?

If you would like to raise any PRs to make contributions for this, even (and better) as small incremental steps towards this, we would certainly very much welcome engagement with pull requests suggesting improvements from engaged community members!
