Support Ultima sequencing data

While DeepVariant currently performs excellently on Illumina sequencing data, it seems that it is not yet compatible with Ultima sequencing data.

Could you please let me know if there is a roadmap to support Ultima?

Yes - we are planning an Ultima model in the next release.

In the meantime, Ultima has a solution available here that you could try: https://github.com/Ultimagen/healthomics-workflows
