Supports DMABUF export for CUDA memory regions pinned by DMABUF objects. Maintains internal mapping of sandbox dma-buf FDs installed in the task vfs to host FDs.
Stacks on #13125 and dependency on #13101 for usage by NVIDIA GPU devices.
