• Deprecate create method. Users should use constructor or constructor
  tear-off instead.

• Introduce $_createMessage method that will return GeneratedMessage. Users
  shouldn't use this method, it is intended to be used by other generated proto
  message classes in BuilderInfo method calls.

  Using this generator requires using package:protobuf 6.1.0
