## Device / runtime requirements

The device's OpenXR runtime must expose the `XR_ANDROID_SCENE_MESHING`

I think this is too much detail.
Also Meta Quest 3 supports mesh detection.

Thanks David. It has been trimmed and added Quest 3 to the supported-device list.

Add a short README under src/world/mesh/ covering the Chrome flag,
supported devices (Android XR and Meta Quest 3 / 3S), and the URL-toggle
fallback pattern.
