Code Review
This pull request removes references and configurations related to the hermetic library generation tool. Specifically, it cleans up Python build artifacts from .gitignore, removes the PYTHONPATH export in generate_showcase.sh, and removes Kokoro presubmit configuration files from both root and module-level release-please-config.json files. There are no review comments, so I have no feedback to provide.
