Improvements and fixes

• Section settings, inserted routines, and daily-summary section labels now follow the same logical day: morning and evening, then after-midnight sections. A 00:00 section no longer jumps to the top of the settings list or routine insertion order.
• After-midnight routines stay before an extended section: 2400 sleep routine, so they remain visible in the summary and included in task estimates.

Compatibility

• Existing section times, labels, and settings format are preserved; no settings migration is required.
• The existing 03:00 day boundary is unchanged. Times from 00:00 through 02:59 follow the evening; times from 03:00 onward belong to the beginning of the logical day.
• Extended routine sections such as 2400 remain trailing slots. Their heading is still resolved as midnight, so the midnight heading can appear again after an intervening section.
• Minimum Obsidian version remains 1.7.2. The plugin continues to support desktop and mobile.
