The narration now assumes zero wires context: it names the cast
(human / tool / agent), defines a ticket in one breath ("a signed pass
saying this one agent may use this one tool -- and it is also the
address"), states the question the demo answers, and translates each
act's payoff into plain language (the caller line, revocation as
absence from a re-signed list, and the denial as "your pass is from
list v1; the list is now v2"). ~63s paced; --quiet unchanged at ~7s.
