feat(locale): Japanese (ja) translation; 1.1.1

• Lang/ja mirrors Lang/en (same keys and placeholders).
• Database strings get Japanese from Locales/ja.php: AppConfig::seedJapanese() runs at the end of converge() (install, update, repair) and copies each row's position from the English row already in the database, so the install-only strings are covered too.
• vendor:data sample stores, categories and products have ja names; renameRootStore() updates ja too.
• README in Japanese (readme_ja.md / README_ja.md) and a three-language bar
  (Tiếng Việt · English · 日本語) on every README; version bumped to 1.1.1.
