feat: collect and refund payment requests through Stripe (1.1.0)

  • New PaymentRequest gateway: payment links /pay/... open a Stripe Checkout
    session for the amount still due, with the keys of the store that owns the
    request; the return page and the signed webhook record the collection once.
  • Refunds from the payment request screen go through Stripe; refunds made in the
    Stripe dashboard are mirrored onto the request by the webhook.
  • Order checkout is unchanged; on a shop without payment requests the plugin
    behaves as 1.0.0.
  • requireCore 3.1; README requirements and version history updated.
