- Register admin_template_online.update / .check-update routes (guarded by
  the existing api_templates config), mirroring the plugin online routes so
  templates use the same 1-click update flow in core's ExtensionUpdateManager.
- Template scaffold: add requireUpdateFrom placeholder to gp247.json and bump
  the AppConfig docblock format marker to 2.0.
