privacyIDEA Release 3.11

  • removed import of resolver.json in entrypoint.py
  • resolver config for fullstack now deployed with make resolver
  • minor changes entrypoint.py
  • using privacyidea /healthz/ endpoint for health check
  • minor additions and fixes
