404 Not Found error (/api/datasources/120/resources/zabbix-api)

Getting 404 not found error after upgrading to 6.3.0

Same here, not sure if the root cause is not grafana upgrade (13.0).

We hit the same 404 Not found on /api/datasources//resources/zabbix-api.

We found two Zabbix plugins installed:

• current path: /var/lib/grafana/plugins/alexanderzobnin-zabbix-app
• stale old path: /var/lib/grafana/plugins/grafana-zabbix/alexanderzobnin-zabbix-app

We removed the stale old plugin copy so Grafana only loaded a single Zabbix plugin version.

After cleanup, the Grafana logs stopped showing the 404 for zabbix-api, and we started seeing successful callResource / queryData requests from alexanderzobnin-zabbix-datasource 6.3.0.

Same here, after upgrade to version 13.0.1

However, it resolved itself a few hours later.

Same here. Two instances of Grafana. One updated this morning to 13.0.1 has this behaviour and no zabbix panels are showing. Second instance still running Grafana 13.0.0 is unaffected and working normally.

We only have one copy of the plugin installed. (Grafana running natively on Rocky 9)

Our logs appear to show zabbix plugin working normally, however every zabbix-sourced panel in grafana still failing, and we're getting the "Not found" warning popup.

Edit:

I did have a 404 in the logs;

path=/api/datasources/19/resources/zabbix-api status=404

Fixed mine by reinstalling the plugin as below. Didn't need to reconfigure datasource.

systemctl stop grafana-server
cd /var/lib/grafana/plugins/
mv alexanderzobnin-zabbix-app /tmp
grafana cli plugins install alexanderzobnin-zabbix-app
systemctl restart grafana-server

My issue is also self-resolved after sometime/reinstalling and rebooting Grafana

Same here. Updated the Zabbix plugin and it worked!
