v25.3.1

This patch release fixes two regressions, one introduced in v25.2.0 and one in v25.3.0:

• The config.js custom frontend configuration (e.g. for custom map tiles) was ignored
• The first-run (onboarding) wizard was not shown on new installations (#620)
