Name display format in tree views

This release adds the possibility to change the name display format in tree views from the default surname-first to surname-last. Thanks to @Sebolains for the contribution!

Other changes

A regression that had broken the display descriptions of to-do tasks was fixed.

Several translations have been updated.

A note on Gramps 6.0

If you're wondering why there are not more new features, it's partially because lots of work is going into preparing Gramps Web for the new Gramps 6.0, which has been released on March 19. However, note that Gramps Web is not yet compatible with Gramps 6.0 as of now. Please follow this page to stay up to date on the upgrade efforts.
