Set up distribution: updates.json + raw update_url

Point manifest update_url at updates.json served raw from main, and add
updates.json (Mozilla-style manifest) for v0.1.0 linking the GitHub
Release asset. Exclude updates.json from the packaged .xpi and document
the release flow in the README.
