NFC Quick Prompt (Experimental)
Settings → Experimental → NFC Quick Prompt: write a prompt to NTAG215 NFC tag, then tap phone near tag to auto-launch app, create a session, fill the prompt, and optionally auto-send.
Features
- NFC Quick Prompt in Settings → Experimental section
- Write prompt to NTAG215 via NfcWriterActivity (foreground dispatch)
- Auto-launch app on tag tap via intent-filter ( scheme)
- Auto-send toggle: send immediately or fill input for user confirmation
- 30s debounce to prevent session storm from repeated tag dispatch
- ViewModel init race handling (pending prompt stashed until ViewModel ready)
- Byte budget: 480 UTF-8 bytes prompt limit (NTAG215 504 bytes usable)
- Bilingual strings (EN/ZH)
Bug fixes during real-device testing
- NfcWriterActivity: fixed PendingIntent construction (onNewIntent not firing)
- NfcWriterActivity: use enableForegroundDispatch instead of enableReaderMode (MIUI/HyperOS compatibility)
- MainActivity: removed handleNfcIntent from Composable body (was causing session storm on every UI recomposition)
- MainActivity: 30s debounce for repeated tag dispatch
- MainActivity: pending prompt stash for ViewModel init race
Tests
- NfcQuickPromptTest: 6 unit tests (enable check, pending action, auto-send, fill-only, no-op, data class)
