GFQL property indexes and query improvements

  • Node and edge property indexes support strings, nullable integers, categorical values, timestamps and floats.
  • Indexed cross-alias OR queries, native Polars membership hops and unseeded single-hop LIMIT queries use the new execution paths where eligible.
  • Native and Cypher graph pipelines can create and drop indexes on intermediate graphs. Explain output distinguishes missing predicate coverage from index cost decisions.
  • Valid no-match timestamp predicates return empty results through Polars traversal.
  • Indexing documentation includes executable examples; performance measurement notes state methods, dates and engine scope concisely.
