GraphCheck 0.1.0 — first public release

GraphCheck is semantic observability for property graphs — pytest for
knowledge graphs. Point it at a Neo4j database, declare checks in YAML,
and get pass/fail verdicts with evidence.

Install

pipx install graphcheck      # or: pip install graphcheck

Requires Python 3.12+ and a Neo4j database.

  • Command-line workflow: init, debug, profile, run, report, generate, redact.
  • Built-in check packs: core conformance/competency/drift checks, plus a PII scan pack.
  • Read-only by design: connects with a read-only credential and rejects writes.
