Hi,
The class GraphQLObjectBackedByClass has been removed from graphql-java-annotations and the code actually converting maps to objets is now directly inside graphql-java-annotations, so it looks to me that the whole GraphQLVariables object, the variable transformation and the whole dependency to graphql-java-annotations can be removed.
I only kept the dependency to graphql-java-annotations 0.13.1 for the tests.
