Running the preview of this showed that the headings for each talk were showing in the table of contents (see issue #2195 for a graphical issue this revealed). I have replaced the markdown with <h3> tags as I felt the talk titles didn't need to be shown in the table of contents.

I also replaced one of the photos to show a little speaker diversity.
