The EndpointIP6 field was not initialized in registerFlags, causing the
--endpoint-ip6 / -E flag to render as an unnamed flag. Also remove the
MTU flag from join and register commands since MTU should only be
changed via push after the host is already enrolled.

Setup Noop DNS Config Manager on DNS Manager Init failure (#1278)

* v1.5.0: make DNS cleanup errors non-fatal during daemon startup

The systemd stub manager's resetConfig used an exact string match on
resolvectl output that broke across systemd versions, causing a fatal
exit when the WireGuard interface did not yet exist. Replace with
substring matching and downgrade all DNS cleanup errors during init to
warnings so the daemon can proceed.

* fix(go): skip fatallog for dns init; use noop manager if init fails;

* fix(go): static checks;
