Validation evidence for T3 Code #11424

Independent validation evidence for pingdotgg#11424. This prerelease contains test evidence only, not an application release.

The screenshot and recording compare the actual renderer from each commit in Chromium at 125% display scale, magnified for visibility. The blink-off reproduction leaves 26 residual pixels on the base and zero on the PR.

A separate OffscreenCanvas matrix passed 192 final pixel comparisons: four device pixel ratios (1, 1.25, 1.5, 2), two row origins (4, 4.5), six cell states (light, dark, glyph, colored background, selected, strikethrough), and four cursor styles. Each case runs three blink cycles followed by hiding the cursor with a changed row, then compares every pixel with the original cursor-off image.

These are isolated renderer captures, not an Electron application test.
