• Fix floating point weirdness causing mouseSensitivity changes to show in changes even if the change was miniscule (i.e. 0.99999 -> 1 no longer shows in the changes list)
• Fix Ninjabrainbot settings changes showing in the changes list if the defaults are already the correct values (i.e. Disabled -> 0.03 no longer shows for Allowable boat error)
• Added a debug flag when running from cli
• Creates the ninjabrainbot key in registry if it doesn't exist (i.e. removed the check for it existing)
