Initial public GitHub release of CueScope.

CueScope is a source-available, read-first MCP server compatible with vMix. It gives AI assistants Review Mode production intelligence by default: state inspection, setup explanation, diagnostics, script review, and reviewable automation planning before anything changes in vMix.

Highlights:
