New feature: Image naming GUI

• Scrollable GUI appears before stitching, showing all detected folders with editable name fields
• "Fill below" button auto-increments trailing _XX numbers (e.g. M03_15 → M03_16, M03_17, ...)
• After stitching, output files are renamed to custom names
• _ovly suffix is automatically stripped from renamed files
• Stitching pipeline is completely untouched — Skip button bypasses the feature entirely
