Plain 0.2.2 — a macOS fix.

• The window that could not be brought back. Closing the window with its X left Plain in the Dock with no window, and a Dock click, a double-clicked .md or a second launch all went nowhere; now Plain leaves the Dock when its last window closes. A minimised window stayed minimised on a Dock click and when a file was opened from Finder; both now bring it back to the front.
