Request Eagle 0.1.6 is the first release under the new name.

• Renames Zeroreq to Request Eagle across the app, menus, installer, and updater.
• Migrates existing settings and collections from ~/.zeroreq to ~/.request-eagle on first launch when the new folder does not already exist.
• Updates the UI dependencies to GPUI Kit 0.6.0 and reorganizes the workspace and updater code.
