DERM 1.6.1

The DERM Tool should be working now :)

I have updated to app to use the latest Steamdepot library. Tested and works.

Please completely uninstall DERM from your computer then install this version. And note that this version will by default install in %appdata% folder to avoid permission issue on the C:/ drive.

Don't forget that you can downgrade through my official website:
