vega-db 0.3.0 runs on Vega 1.0.0. Install with .package(url: "https://github.com/grepjava/vega-db.git", .upToNextMinor(from: "0.3.0")).

  • Requires Vega 1.0 (from: "1.0.0"), where 0.2.x took Vega 0.5. vega-db's own API is unchanged: code using VegaPostgres, VegaRedis, VegaSQLite or VegaPool builds as before.
  • Internally it follows Vega 1.0's renames: Runtime.timeout(for:), Runtime.withIOTimeout(for:), and TrustRoots and Digest from VegaCrypto. VegaPostgresProtocol now depends on VegaCrypto instead of VegaTLS.
  • Tested on Linux, macOS and Windows: 293 tests, with the PostgreSQL and Redis integration suites run against live servers on Linux.
