Fixed

• greptile review reads the diff with Git's built-in diff and no color, so an
  external diff tool or color.diff=always in your Git config no longer breaks
  the review.

Changed

• greptile settings always uses the current review summary layout. The
  editor labels the issues section "Findings". Both the editor and the text
  list hide the collapse controls for findings and confidence; those keys
  still appear in --json output and work with get, set, and unset.
