Folia Baseline Laboratory

Elah 0.0.5 adds a required, development-only Folia compatibility gate for the exact Folia 1.21.8 build 6, Minecraft 1.21.8, and Mineflayer 4.37.1 tuple.

• Runs 32 real client sessions in two sequential waves of 16.
• Requires every session to connect, log in, spawn, move by a Folia-observed position, disconnect, and end.
• Requires a clean Folia shutdown with exit code zero.
• Runs both standard and deep Observer reports after shutdown.
• Proves Observer immutability with identical complete before and after world inventories.
• Publishes bounded elah.folia-baseline/v1 evidence and verifies it independently.

The merge-commit gate completed 32 of 32 sessions and 2 of 2 waves. Standard and deep Observer results were consistent, the complete 109-file world inventory remained unchanged, and Folia exited cleanly. CI and CodeQL passed on merge commit 2343ff6b44dcd649a9229aa647fa878f59e721af.

This release adds no operator command and does not claim performance, Folia region parallelism, Elah integration, ownership, handoff, placement, storage, failover, gameplay, plugin compatibility, a playable cluster, or production readiness.
