This draft independently reconstructed the context-packet product from the old public base and therefore competed with the existing canonical release PR #4.
The useful presentation work has now been transplanted onto
release/context-packet-v1/ PR #4:PR #4 retains the established CI, Rust contract tests, focus example, generated-state ignore rules, implementation-status documentation, protocol changes, and compatibility policy. It also contains the explicit missing-focus-path correction.
This PR must not be merged. It will be closed after the updated PR #4 workflow completes successfully.
